Our Story
The idea for Scoops was conceived in the summer of 2023 on a 4500-mile cross country road trip in our 15-passenger van.
As is our custom, we had stopped at a local ice cream shop for some delicious hard scoop ice cream on our way down the Oregon coast. This stirred up an idea:
“What if we opened an ice cream shop in Warroad?”
Once the question was posed, a continuous brainstorm ensued, and the final days spent on the road were filled with conversation about how we could make it happen.
Fast forward six months and the dream of Scoops Ice Cream Parlor is now a reality!
